Job Summary
Manage the twenty-four-hour nursing unit to ensure patient care meets the standard of care. Coordinate daily operations, staff scheduling, and clinical oversight for a team of registered nurses. Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and regulatory standards while addressing acute patient needs across the assigned unit. This full-time day shift role requires a BSN holder with at least two years of clinical experience and one to two years of progressive management experience. Current RN licensure in Nevada, along with BCLS and ACLS certification, is mandatory. Required Qualifications
- Shift: FULL TIME DAYS
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
- BSN required
- Minimum of two (2) years clinical experience
- one (1) to two (2) years progressive management experience
- Current RN license in the State of Nevada
- Current BCLS and ACLS Certification
- Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care/service appropriate to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit/department
