Job Summary
Manage delivery of nursing care to a specific patient population on a 24-hour basis while achieving quality clinical outcomes and maximizing resource utilization. Create and promote a professional practice environment that exemplifies Medical Center goals, ensuring high levels of coworker engagement, patient satisfaction, safe clinical outcomes, and financial performance. Implement elements of the Nursing Strategic Plan within the department. Requires a Bachelor's degree (BSN preferred) and a current RN license in the state of practice. Minimum three years of clinical experience with demonstrated leadership ability is required. Proficiency in analyzing complex data from various information systems is essential. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Current RN Temporary Permit/RN license in the state of practice
- Minimum of three years clinical experience
- Demonstrated leadership ability
- Good interpersonal skills

- Ability to analyze complex data from various information systems
