Manager-Nursing Lvl 2 - Cardiothoracic / Vascular Operating Room

Manage 24-hour nursing care delivery to a specific patient population in the Cardiothoracic/Vascular Operating Room while achieving quality clinical outcomes and maximizing resource utilization. Create a professional practice environment aligned with the Medical Center's vision, goals, and service standards to ensure safe, high-quality care and financial performance. Implement elements of the Nursing Strategic Plan within the department and supervise staff to foster coworker engagement and physician satisfaction. Requires a current RN license, minimum three years of clinical experience demonstrating leadership, and proficiency in analyzing complex data from information systems.
