Job Summary
Manage 24-hour nursing care delivery to a specific patient population in the Cardiothoracic/Vascular Operating Room while achieving quality clinical outcomes and maximizing resource utilization. Create a professional practice environment that aligns with Medical Center goals, fostering coworker engagement, patient satisfaction, and safe clinical outcomes. Implement elements of the Nursing Strategic Plan within the department. Requires a current RN license, minimum three years of clinical experience, and demonstrated leadership ability. Bachelor's degree required; BSN preferred. Apply sound management principles and analyze complex data from various information systems. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Current RN Temporary Permit/RN license in the state of practice
- Minimum of three years clinical experience
- Demonstrated leadership ability
- Good interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in use of a personal computer
- Ability to analyze complex data from various information systems
