Manager - Nursing - Hematology/Oncology - FT - Days - JDCH

Manages the daily operations of the assigned department, unit, or function to ensure alignment with departmental and organizational objectives. Responsible for staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction and conflict management; oversees scheduling, recruitment, labor utilization/retention, and payroll. Assists with developing departmental goals, standards and objectives aligned to the strategic plan. Oversees budgets, regulatory compliance, and procurement/stock of systems and supplies. Assesses quality of patient care, evaluates patient/family needs, and delivers patient- and family-centered care. Manages complaints to resolution.
