Job Summary
Manage the delivery of nursing care to a specific patient population on a 24-hour basis while achieving quality clinical outcomes and maximizing resource utilization. Create and promote a professional practice environment that aligns with Medical Center goals, ensuring high levels of coworker engagement, patient satisfaction, and safe clinical outcomes. Implement elements of the Nursing Strategic Plan within the department and demonstrate leadership ability in managing supervision and analyzing complex data from various information systems. Requires a Bachelor's degree, current RN license, and minimum three years of clinical experience. Offers a sign-on bonus of $15,000 for 3-4 years of experience or $20,000 for 5+ years, with payouts at 6, 12, 18, and 24 months.
