Manager - NPI

Manager – NPI responsible for end-to-end New Product Introductions in a manufacturing environment. Acts as the single point of contact to customers and on-site for audits, designs project plans and shares them with customers for visibility, schedules kickoff meetings for timely product launches, and oversees new product implementation in the production line. Develops product build plans, coordinates with program teams to develop schedules and quotes, creates/maintains build processes, prioritizes failures, and collaborates with design to resolve issues. Leads customer reviews, readiness updates, and governance reviews, demonstrating expert leadership, program management, and technical/people/process management skills to drive successful product introductions across sites.
