Manager, New Materials Transition & Inventory Governance

Job Summary
Lead material transition projects from current materials to new materials across production and supply chain operations; drive phase-in and phase-out strategies to ensure seamless material conversion without impacting production continuity; align transition plans with GSC, I&PD, Procurement, Production, Engineering, Quality, and other stakeholders; develop and manage material purchase plans, hedge-aligned inventory and forecast responsiveness; monitor inventory exposure during transitions (including E&O risks) and optimize inventory investment; partner with Finance to provide visibility on inventory value and risks; establish and monitor consignment inventory strategies for in-house and contract manufacturing; coordinate governance reviews across multiple functions to track milestones, readiness, and risk mitigation; identify and mitigate risks related to material availability, forecast changes, transition timing, and capacity; drive continuous improvement in material planning governance and KPIs; join a diverse team and contribute to sustainability and long-term business continuity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain & Logistics Management, Business, or related field
- Experience managing material transition, new product introduction (NPI), or phase-in/phase-out activities
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems and inventory planning processes
- Strong analytical, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Good command of Thai and English
