Job Summary
Master Deluxe's localization tools suite, proposing and implementing improvements to workflows that streamline operations and reduce turnaround times. Act as the liaison between product development, engineering, data science, and operations to ensure requirements are documented and addressed throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct research to optimize Large Language Model prompts for machine translation, script adaptation, and automatic speech recognition, while analyzing operational metrics to drive continuous process improvement. Manage and mentor two Localization Technology Specialists, providing guidance and professional development opportunities. Stay current with industry advancements in film, localization, and AI technologies to identify emerging solutions that enhance localization processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Linguistics, Engineering, or related discipline
- Proficiency in Excel
- working knowledge of audio/video editing software (ProTools, Premiere, Avid, Resolve, etc.)
- Experience in localization, technology, or related industries
