Job Summary
New Equipment Field Operations Manager responsible for directing and leading field operations for the New Equipment installation side in the South Florida region. Manages field operations performance, supervises installation teams and construction mechanics, drives achievement of financial targets including profit and working capital, conducts field safety audits, and coordinates material deliveries and purchase orders. Builds and maintains relationships with coworkers, clients, and authorities; plans labor resources and schedules to ensure successful project completion, quality assurance, and efficiency improvements. Oversees contract administration, billing, RFIs, and change orders to optimize project cash coverage, while maintaining a safe, productive work environment and providing training and guidance to field staff.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of elevator industry experience or experience leading field level associates/technicians in a similar industry preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
