Job Summary
Plan construction activities and coordinate building completion for new homes while ensuring adherence to timelines, safety protocols, and quality standards. Partner with Senior Site Supervisors to supervise daily tasks for subcontractors, staff, and volunteers, conducting exterior and interior inspections to address safety concerns and maintenance issues. Manage site logistics by ordering materials, verifying deliveries, scheduling municipal inspections, and maintaining daily schedules for all houses. Lead Homeowner Orientation and Acceptance processes, coordinate punch list corrections, and ensure all construction-related tools are prepared for volunteer build days. Maintain a safe, clean, and presentable work environment through continuous safety training and effective communication with contractors and homebuyers.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in construction/contracting or related experience
- High School Diploma or General Equivalent Diploma
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Able to meet employment verification requirements and pass pre-employment background, drug, and sex offender registry checks
- Has a valid driver's license and is able to pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check
- Ability to read and understand work orders, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Database entry, i.e., Salesforce
- Must be able to lift and move up to 75 pounds
- Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties are in demand
