Manager, Network

The Network Manager will oversee day-to-day network operations for strategic POD clients, blending technical leadership with people management to ensure high stability, performance, and security. Responsibilities include incident and problem management, Major Incident Management and RCA publication, change governance, SLA adherence (MTTA/MTTR/Availability), team development, roster and on-call planning, and driving continuous improvement and automation. The role requires deep hands-on expertise in core routing and switching, network security, data center technologies, cloud networking, and ITIL processes, along with strong leadership, stakeholder communication, and the ability to operate under high-pressure conditions. Optional growth areas include automation/AI initiatives, emergence of lifecycle management (EOL/EOS hardware), vulnerability management, and documentation rigor. The position emphasizes technical guidance to team members, lifecycle management, and proactive risk mitigation, with a focus on achieving operational maturity and efficiency gains.
