Job Summary
Lead network engineering and administration for enterprise and operational technology (OT) environments, managing LAN, WAN, wireless, and core services to ensure high availability, resiliency, and security. Establish operational standards, implement automation and infrastructure as code practices, and drive capacity planning and performance optimization across multi-site and plant-connected networks. Own incident response, root cause analysis, and change management while partnering with cybersecurity, manufacturing, and business teams to align network services with organizational goals. Manage vendor relationships, coach engineering staff, and develop the roadmap for modernization and reliability improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with 8-12 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of progressive IT infrastructure experience
- Significant experience in enterprise network engineering
- Significant experience in network administration
- Significant experience in network operations
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of leadership experience leading engineers, administrators, analysts, and/or technical support teams

- Experience with automation, scripting, and infrastructure as code concepts for network provisioning, configuration management, and operational efficiency is strongly preferred
