Manager, Neighbors Advocacy (Washington, DC/Hybrid)

Manage implementation and evaluation of key programs within Feeding America's neighbor advocacy, organizing, and community engagement strategy. Plan and implement organizing trainings, create shareable resources like toolkits, and provide technical assistance to build network members' and community partners' capacity. Administer, track, and evaluate advocacy grants while planning and coordinating in-person and virtual convenings for stakeholders. Engage directly with neighbor-advocates and network members to foster connection and power building, maintaining a database of engaged advocates. Track efforts across the network using data to improve technical assistance and share best practices. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate policy positions into cross-programmatic strategies and act as a liaison during conference advocacy sessions and task forces. Requires 5+ years in community organizing and project management experience. Hybrid schedule with 2 days in-office average.
