Job Summary
Manager, NBCUL Digital Sales Operations overseeing the day-to-day activities of NBC Local’s Digital Ad Trafficking Specialists. Lead interviewing, hiring, training and development of the Ad Trafficking team; ensure end-to-end campaign management and operational excellence across ad servers and sites; develop best practices for ad-supported streaming services (NBC Sports live streaming) and ad workflow procedures; act as technical SME for Google Ad Manager, FreeWheel and Operative One; coordinate cross-functional collaboration, troubleshoot campaigns, and maintain clear communication with sales and senior management; remote role with the Los Angeles area preferred and 105k–120k salary range.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in ad serving platforms or ad trafficking
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Solid understanding of Google Ad Manager, FreeWheel, and other digital advertising vendors
- Strong understanding of Javascript tags, Video/VAST, Rich Media formats
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
