Job Summary
Manager - NAV Oversight leads NAV production oversight and regulatory compliance for outsourced activities, focusing on the production and dissemination of fund/class prices, financial statements, and related deliverables. Responsibilities include ongoing monitoring and due diligence, identifying and mitigating operational risk, building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders (including third-party service providers, Investment Managers, Trustees/Depositaries, and Custodians), reviewing management information and KPIs, contributing to due diligence assessments, ensuring timely responses to queries from fund auditors, attending service review meetings, and supporting ad hoc projects. The role involves establishing continuous improvement plans, maintaining the pControl system for Oversight and Back-up NAV, allocating work to the team to meet deadlines, facilitating fund changes to satisfy investor outcomes and regulatory requirements, and leading a team with training and governance responsibilities. Required attributes include deep knowledge of the UK collective investment industry, leadership experience, strong written and verbal communication, analytical skills, ability to work to strict deadlines, and proficiency with Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Outlook); IOC qualification and accountancy knowledge are desirable.”,
