Job Summary
Manage and drive revenue for group and convention business at Resorts World Las Vegas. Focus on meeting and exceeding revenue quotas, soliciting and contracting group/convention opportunities, qualifying leads, prospecting new clients, and building long-term relationships. Host prospective clients, negotiate favorable terms, understand contract clauses, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to maximize occupancy and revenue. Leverage travel, networking events, and sales calls to develop new business, mentor team members, and support the property’s financial goals while upholding company standards and safety culture.
Required Qualifications
- Strong selling and closing skills
- Strong Customer Relations & Communication skills
- Critical thinking skills, solution oriented
- Ability to successfully mentor other team members
- Proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written
- Minimum five years of experience in hotel or convention sales
- Minimum three years of previous management/leadership in hospitality industry
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Working knowledge of Delphi and Opera
- Excellent customer service skills
