Job Summary
Manager role within Subway® Team focusing on guest experience, food quality, cleanliness, inventory and money controls, local marketing coordination, staff recruiting and training, and safety. Core duties include recruiting and rewarding team members, ensuring safety and security, maintaining records and analyzing data to drive sales, prospecting guests to promote sales, supporting local and national marketing initiatives, and planning events/promotions. Training provided; opportunities include brand discounts, scholarships, and potential university course credits. This is a full-time/part-time on-site management position with shifts that vary by location at Monroe, MI, USA.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years in a restaurant environment
- experience in supervising and training staff
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to operate a computerized POS system
- Physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally (and more frequently 10 pounds)
