Job Summary
Manage eight core areas including guest experience, food preparation, restaurant maintenance, inventory control, local marketing, staff recruitment, safety protocols, and team collaboration. Execute daily duties by recruiting and rewarding team members, ensuring compliance with food safety codes, analyzing business records to drive sales, and identifying prospective guests for promotions. Coordinate special events and marketing initiatives to prepare the restaurant for new windows. Maintain business records, operate the Point of Sale system, and communicate effectively across all team levels. Requires high school diploma, two years of restaurant experience, and computer knowledge. Full-time or part-time shifts vary by location.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- College degree preferred
- A minimum of 2 years in a restaurant environment
- Experience in supervising and training staff
- Must be an excellent communicator
- Ability to deal with all levels of team members
- Computer knowledge
- Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed
- Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register
- Ability to bend, stand and walk the entire workday
- Ability to lift 10 pounds frequently
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally
