Job Summary
Manage daily operations of Subway restaurant to deliver excellent guest experience and ensure food quality, safety, and cleanliness. Oversee inventory and cash controls, coordinate local marketing initiatives, recruit and train staff, and maintain compliance with health and safety codes. Analyze business records to increase sales, plan events and promotions, and ensure readiness for new marketing windows. Must communicate effectively with team across all levels and be capable of operating the POS system; physical duties include bending, standing, walking, and lifting up to 30 pounds. Full-time/part-time shifts vary by location, with day/evening/weekend coverage.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years in a restaurant environment, supervising and training staff.
