Job Summary
Provide an excellent guest experience while ensuring great food is prepared and served in a clean, functional restaurant environment. Manage inventory and money control systems, coordinate local marketing initiatives including community outreach, and recruit staff. Maintain business records to analyze sales trends and identify prospective guests to promote revenue. Ensure safety and security protocols are followed, including adherence to local and national food safety codes. This role supports local and national marketing efforts to prepare the restaurant for new windows. Subway serves millions of guests across over 100 countries, evolving to serve craveable food and build a better workplace.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 2 years in a restaurant environment
- experience in supervising and training staff
- Must be able to operate Sale system/ Cash register
- Must be able to lift 10 to 25 pounds
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
