Job Summary
Provide an excellent guest experience while ensuring great food is prepared and served. Manage inventory, money control systems, and local marketing initiatives including community outreach and special events. Recruit and reward outstanding team members, maintain safety and security protocols, and analyze business records to increase sales. Identify prospective guests to promote sales and ensure the restaurant is ready for new marketing windows. Coordinate local and national marketing initiatives, maintain high standards of safety and security, and operate the Point of Sale system. Work full-time or part-time shifts with day, evening, and weekend rotations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- College degree preferred
- A minimum of 2 years in a restaurant environment
- Experience in supervising and training staff
- Must be an excellent communicator
- Ability to deal with all levels of team members
- Computer knowledge
- Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed
- Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register
- Ability to bend, stand and walk the entire workday
- Ability to lift 10 pounds frequently
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally
