Job Summary
Provide an excellent guest experience while ensuring great food is prepared and served. Manage inventory, money control systems, and business records to analyze sales trends. Coordinate local marketing initiatives, recruit staff, and plan special events and promotions. Maintain restaurant safety, security, and cleanliness standards by adhering to food safety codes. Operate computerized Point of Sale systems and work any area of the restaurant as needed. Full-time or part-time positions with varying shifts available.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- College degree
- 2 years in a restaurant environment
- Experience in supervising and training staff
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to deal with all levels of team members
- Computer knowledge
- Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed
- Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register
- Ability to bend, stand and walk the entire workday
- Ability to lift 10 pounds frequently
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally
- Full Time/Part Time and Day/Evening/Weekend Shift availability
