Job Summary
Provide an excellent guest experience while ensuring great food is prepared and served. Maintain restaurant functionality, cleanliness, and adherence to safety and security protocols, including local and national food safety codes. Manage inventory, money control systems, and business records to analyze sales trends. Coordinate local marketing initiatives, recruit staff, and identify prospective guests to promote sales. Support national marketing efforts and ensure the restaurant is ready for new marketing windows. Operate the sale system and cash register while maintaining high attention to detail. This full-time role in NY offers a $17.00/hr guaranteed base plus tips, a 401k plan, and scholarship opportunities for University course credits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 2 years in a restaurant environment
- experience in supervising and training staff
- Must be able to operate Sale system/ Cash register
- Must be able to lift 10 to 25 pounds
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
