Job Summary

As a Subway® Manager, lead restaurant operations with a focus on delivering an excellent guest experience and ensuring food safety and quality. Responsibilities include maintaining safe and clean facilities, managing inventory and monetary controls, coordinating local marketing and community outreach, recruiting and training staff, upholding safety and security protocols, analyzing business records to drive sales, identifying prospective guests, planning events and promotions, and collaborating with the team to support marketing initiatives and ensure readiness for new marketing windows. The role requires strong communication, hands-on leadership, and the ability to operate POS systems and handle physical tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a restaurant environment, experience in supervising and training staff.
