Job Summary
Manage restaurant operations by ensuring excellent guest experiences, preparing food safely, and maintaining clean facilities. Coordinate local marketing initiatives, recruit staff, and enforce safety protocols while analyzing business records to increase sales. Identify prospective guests, plan special events, and support national marketing windows. Operate Point of Sale systems and work any area of the restaurant as needed. This full-time role requires a high school diploma, two years of restaurant experience, and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- College degree preferred
- A minimum of 2 years in a restaurant environment
- Experience in supervising and training staff
- Must be an excellent communicator
- Ability to deal with all levels of team members
- Computer knowledge
- Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed
- Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register
- Ability to bend, stand and walk the entire workday
- Ability to lift 10 pounds frequently
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally
