Job Summary
Provide an excellent guest experience while ensuring great food is prepared and served. Manage inventory, money control systems, and local marketing initiatives including community outreach and special events. Recruit and reward outstanding team members, maintain safety and security protocols, and analyze business records to increase sales. Identify prospective guests to promote sales and ensure the restaurant is ready for new marketing windows. Coordinate with all levels of team members using essential computer knowledge, operating the Point of Sale system while working any area of the restaurant. This full-time role involves bending, standing, and walking the entire workday, with the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and 30 pounds occasionally.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- College degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years in a restaurant environment
- Experience in supervising and training staff
- Open availability
- Full time position

- Ability to deal with all levels of team members
- Computer knowledge
- Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed
