Job Summary
Manage restaurant operations to deliver excellent guest experiences and safe, clean, functional facilities. Responsibilities include coordinating inventory and money control, leading local marketing initiatives and community outreach, recruiting and training staff, enforcing safety and security protocols, maintaining business records, analyzing data to drive sales, promoting events and promotions, and supporting marketing efforts for new campaigns. Requires strong communication, leadership, and operational skills; position may involve Full-Time or Part-Time shifts depending on location.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Education: High school diploma or equivalent)
- 2 years in a restaurant environment
- experience in supervising and training staff
- excellent communication skills
- ability to operate a POS system
- physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds
