Job Summary
Provide an excellent guest experience and ensure great food is prepared and served while maintaining a functional, clean, and beautiful restaurant environment. Manage inventory and money control systems, coordinate local marketing initiatives including community outreach, and recruit staff. Maintain business records to analyze sales trends and identify prospective guests to promote sales. Ensure safety and security protocols are followed, including adherence to local and national food safety codes. You will receive training on your roles and responsibilities. This role supports Subway's global mission to serve millions of guests across 100 countries with craveable food and a great workplace.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- College degree preferred
- A minimum of 2 years in a restaurant environment
- Experience in supervising and training staff
- Excellent Customer Service
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Basic math skills
- Must be able to operate Sale system/ Cash register
- High attention to detail
- Must be able to lift 10 to 25 pounds
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
