Job Summary
Manager position within the Subway® Team focusing on guest experience, food preparation/serving, cleanliness, inventory and money control, local marketing coordination, staff recruiting/training, safety/security compliance, and teamwork. Responsibilities include recruiting and rewarding outstanding team members, ensuring safety and security protocols, maintaining records and analyzing data to help increase sales, identifying prospective guests to promote sales, supporting local and national marketing initiatives, planning special events/promotions, and providing hands-on career experience in a restaurant business.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a restaurant environment, experience in supervising and training staff.
