Job Summary

As a Subway Team Manager in Crystal Springs, MS, you will lead restaurant operations to deliver excellent guest experiences, ensure food safety and quality, manage inventory and money controls, recruit and develop staff, and coordinate local marketing and community outreach. You will train and reward team members, monitor safety protocols and health codes, analyze business records to increase sales, identify prospective guests, and plan promotions and events. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, plus comfort with POS systems and daily operational duties, are essential. This role requires capability to work various shifts (day/evening/weekends) and to manage multiple tasks to keep the restaurant clean, functional, and compliant with standards.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • college degree preferred
  • minimum of 2 years in a restaurant environment
  • experience in supervising and training staff
  • excellent communication skills
  • computer knowledge
  • ability to operate POS system/cash register
  • physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds
