Job Summary
Oversee restaurant operations to deliver an excellent guest experience, ensure food is prepared and served to standard, and keep the restaurant functional, clean and safe. Key duties include managing inventory and money control systems, coordinating local marketing and community outreach, recruiting and training staff, upholding safety and security protocols and health/food safety codes, analyzing business records to help increase sales, identifying and contacting prospective Guests to promote sales, supporting local marketing initiatives and promotions, and planning special events. Requires strong communication, computer literacy for POS systems, and the ability to lead and develop a team. Full-time or part-time positions with day/evening/weekend shifts are available at the Hazen, ND location.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years in a restaurant environment, supervision and staff training experience
