Job Summary
Manager role within Subway® Team focusing on guest experience, food safety, operations, inventory and money control, local marketing coordination, staff recruitment and training, and safety compliance. Day-to-day includes recruiting and rewarding team members, ensuring safety and security, maintaining business records, promoting sales, supporting marketing initiatives, and planning events/promotions. Must be able to manage multiple responsibilities across a full/part-time shift with strong communication and POS/cash handling skills.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years in a restaurant environment
