Job Summary
Provide an excellent guest experience while ensuring great food is prepared and served. Manage inventory, money control systems, and business records to analyze sales trends. Coordinate local marketing initiatives, recruit staff, and plan special events and promotions. Maintain restaurant safety, security, and cleanliness standards, including compliance with food safety codes. Operate computerized Point of Sale systems and lift up to 30 pounds occasionally. Full-time or part-time shifts available with day, evening, and weekend options.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- College degree preferred
- A minimum of 2 years in a restaurant environment
- Experience in supervising and training staff
- Must be an excellent communicator
- Ability to deal with all levels of team members
- Computer knowledge
- Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed
- Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register
- Ability to bend, stand and walk the entire workday
- Ability to lift 10 pounds frequently
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally
