Job Summary
Manage eight core areas including guest experience, food preparation, restaurant maintenance, inventory, marketing, staff recruitment, and safety protocols. Recruit and reward team members while ensuring compliance with food safety codes and security standards. Maintain business records to analyze sales trends and identify prospective guests for promotion support. Plan special events and promotions to ensure readiness for new marketing windows. Operate computerized Point of Sale systems and communicate effectively across all team levels. This full-time role requires standing, walking, and lifting up to 30 pounds throughout the shift. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- College degree
- 2 years in a restaurant environment
- Experience in supervising and training staff
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to deal with all levels of team members
- Computer knowledge
- Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed
- Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register
- Ability to bend, stand and walk the entire workday
- Ability to lift 10 pounds frequently
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally
