Job Summary
Manage eight core areas including guest experience, food preparation, restaurant maintenance, inventory control, marketing coordination, staff recruitment, safety protocols, and team collaboration. Recruit and reward outstanding team members while ensuring strict adherence to local and national food safety codes. Maintain business records to analyze sales trends and identify prospects for promotion. Support local and national marketing initiatives by preparing the restaurant for new windows and planning special events. Communicate effectively across all team levels and operate computerized Point of Sale systems. Requires high school diploma with two years of restaurant supervisory experience. Full-time or part-time shifts available.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- College degree preferred
- A minimum of 2 years in a restaurant environment
- Experience in supervising and training staff
- Must be an excellent communicator
- Ability to deal with all levels of team members
- Computer knowledge
- Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed
- Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register
- Ability to bend, stand and walk the entire workday
- Ability to lift 10 pounds frequently
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally
