Job Summary
Manage eight core areas including guest experience, food preparation, restaurant maintenance, inventory control, local marketing, staff recruitment, and safety protocols. Recruit and reward outstanding team members while ensuring safety and security protocols align with local and national food safety codes. Maintain business records to analyze sales trends and identify prospective guests to promote revenue. Plan special events and promotions to ensure the restaurant is ready for new marketing windows. This full-time role requires computer proficiency, physical stamina for operating the point-of-sale system, and experience supervising staff in a restaurant environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- College degree preferred
- A minimum of 2 years in a restaurant environment
- Experience in supervising and training staff
- Must be an excellent communicator
- Ability to deal with all levels of team members
- Computer knowledge
- Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed
- Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register
- Ability to bend, stand and walk the entire workday
- Ability to lift 10 pounds frequently
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally
