Job Summary
Manager at Subway Team responsible for delivering an excellent guest experience and high-quality food service. Key duties include maintaining restaurant operations, inventory and money-control systems, coordinating local marketing initiatives, recruiting and training staff, ensuring safety and security compliance, analyzing business records to drive sales, planning events and promotions, and collaborating with the team to meet brand standards. Requires strong communication, ability to operate POS, willingness to work various day/evening/weekend shifts, and physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds. Full-time or part-time shifts offered depending on location.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years in a restaurant environment
- Experience in supervising and training staff
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/cash register
- Physical ability to bend, stand, walk, and lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally
