Job Summary
Provide an excellent guest experience while ensuring great food is prepared and served. Manage inventory, money control systems, and business records to analyze sales trends. Coordinate local marketing initiatives, community outreach, and special events to promote sales and ensure the restaurant is ready for new marketing windows. Recruit and reward outstanding team members while maintaining safety, security, and food safety protocols. Operate computerized Point of Sale systems and work any area of the restaurant as needed. Full-time and part-time positions available with varying shifts.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- College degree
- 2 years in a restaurant environment
- Experience in supervising and training staff
- Excellent communicator
- Ability to deal with all levels of team members
- Computer knowledge
- Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed
- Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register
- Ability to bend, stand and walk the entire workday
- Ability to lift 10 pounds frequently
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally
