Job Summary
Manage restaurant operations by ensuring excellent guest experiences, preparing and serving great food, and maintaining a functional, clean, and beautiful environment. Coordinate local marketing initiatives, recruit and reward outstanding team members, and uphold safety and security protocols aligned with local and national food safety codes. Maintain business records to analyze sales trends, identify prospective guests, and plan special events and promotions. This full-time role requires experience in supervising staff, operating the Point of Sale system, and working any shift. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- College degree preferred
- A minimum of 2 years in a restaurant environment
- Experience in supervising and training staff
- Must be an excellent communicator
- Ability to deal with all levels of team members
- Computer knowledge
- Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed
- Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register
- Ability to bend, stand and walk the entire workday
- Ability to lift 10 pounds frequently
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally
- Full Time/Part Time and Day/Evening/Weekend Shift positions vary by location
