Job Summary
Oversee restaurant operations by providing an excellent guest experience, ensuring food quality, and maintaining a clean, functional environment. Manage inventory, money control systems, and business records to analyze sales trends while coordinating local marketing initiatives and community outreach. Recruit and reward outstanding team members, enforce safety and security protocols, and support national marketing efforts to prepare for new windows. Plan special events and promotions, identify prospective guests to drive sales, and lead staff in adhering to local and national food safety codes. Operate computerized Point of Sale systems and work any area of the restaurant as needed. Full-time or part-time shifts vary by location.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- College degree preferred
- A minimum of 2 years in a restaurant environment
- Experience in supervising and training staff
- Must be an excellent communicator
- Ability to deal with all levels of team members
- Computer knowledge
- Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed
- Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register
- Ability to bend, stand and walk the entire workday
- Ability to lift 10 pounds frequently
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally
- Full Time/Part Time and Day/Evening/Weekend Shift positions vary by location
