Job Summary

As part of the Subway Team, you will manage restaurant operations focused on guest experience, food quality, cleanliness, and safety while supervising staff, controlling inventory and money systems, and coordinating local marketing and events. You will recruit and reward team members, ensure safety and security protocols are followed, analyze business records to help increase sales, identify prospective guests to promote sales, support marketing initiatives, plan promotions, and lead training and development of staff. This role requires strong communication, teamwork, and hands-on leadership to ensure the restaurant is ready for each marketing window and daily operations across all areas, including POS usage and adherence to health and food safety codes.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years in a restaurant environment
  • experience in supervising and training staff
  • excellent communication
  • computer knowledge
  • ability to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register
  • ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally
