Job Summary
Manager, Multifamily Technology Solutions responsible for leading the configuration, deployment, and integration of multifamily technology solutions across properties, owning post‐implementation lifecycle, and delivering stable, scalable technology outcomes. Drives execution through a team focused on adoption, change management, and continuous improvement; partners with Operations, Training, IT, and vendors to ensure alignment, smooth handoffs to steady-state operations, proactive issue resolution, and documentation. Emphasizes platform health, process optimization, and user experience, while coaching staff and coordinating with stakeholders to meet delivery timelines and defined scope.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional/industry designation required
- 3+ years of experience supporting, implementing, or managing technology solutions
- Experience with multifamily property management or ancillary service technology platforms strongly preferred
