Job Summary
Manager, MT Privacy Support Services provides subject-matter support to business users and Privacy Stewards, guiding through PFDS-required activities and privacy workflows; triages and resolves process issues, supports risk assessments and privacy compliance activities, and partners with GPO back-office teams to enhance privacy tools, processes, and operational standards. Responsible for PFDS deployment, XIA approval for lower-risk matters, Privacy policy/controls interpretation, incident support, audits, and self-assessments; conducts or supports training, enablement sessions, and communications to strengthen privacy program execution across Commercial, R&D, and regional organizations.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in privacy, data protection, compliance, risk management, or a related discipline
- Demonstrated experience supporting operational processes, governance frameworks, or risk-based workflows
- Working knowledge of global privacy laws and regulatory concepts (e.g., GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, LGPD)
- Ability to translate privacy requirements into practical guidance for business teams
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and issue-resolution capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse regions and functions
