Job Summary
Coordinate departmental and site operations and communications by leading cross-functional coordination across operational forecasting, procurement, and day-to-day operational logistics. Serve as the primary liaison to internal partners including Global Security, Business Technology Services, and Scientific Operations to maintain site operations and business continuity. Manage purchase orders, internal workflows, documentation, and shipping logistics to support timely procurement and accurate material handling. Support interdepartmental culture initiatives, coordinate internal communications and leadership updates, and manage department SharePoint sites for document control. Plan and coordinate site-based company events and executive visits while driving the adoption of new tools and change initiatives. Partner on budgeting, resource planning, and capital equipment planning to support effective decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in related field or discipline
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Excellent leadership, self-management, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage workload, set personal and team priorities and adjust as needed
- Ability to think strategically, as well as translate and execute a strategy to an innovative and implementable plan
- Ability to effectively communicate and partner with key stakeholders
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with the RNA/LNP modality and associated drug development (process, analytical, preclinical development)
