Job Summary
Own the day-to-day management and governance of molecule assets, pipeline prioritization, and deployment. Drive strategic initiatives to enhance molecule intelligence capabilities, establish standardized asset management practices, and adopt tools that increase operational effectiveness. Lead global programs improving molecule visibility, data quality, and specification position coverage to support market share growth. Establish processes and reporting capabilities providing actionable insights into molecule progression and competitive positioning. Deliver monthly and quarterly reports translating pipeline insights into recommendations for leadership and commercial teams. This role reports to the Director, Clinical Programs Platforms and Strategy within the Clinical Programs organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific, life sciences, or related field
- Strong understanding of biologics, bioprocessing, drug development workflows, and the factors influencing technology selection decisions
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex scientific and commercial information into actionable business insights
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership capabilities, with the ability to influence and drive alignment across a global organization
- Experience utilizing CRM systems, pipeline management tools, reporting platforms, and data visualization tools
- 25% travel to EMEA, USCAN, and APAC
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree or PhD preferred
- Previous experience in: Molecule pipeline tracking and asset management, process development, commercial enablement or related functions
- Technical sales, field application support, or scientific support roles focused on serving upstream or downstream development and drug development workflows
- Leading cross-functional initiatives focused on process improvement, operational excellence, and commercial effectiveness
- External molecule databases, industry intelligence platforms, and market analytics tools used to assess molecule pipelines
- Navigating complex global matrix organizations and driving alignment across regions, commercial and leadership stakeholders
