Mobility Manager within Remote's Onboarding and Mobility team responsible for leading immigration and relocation programs across APAC in a remote-first, high-volume environment.Role emphasizes people management, development of self and others, coaching, cross-functional collaboration, and accountability for metrics, targets, and project alignment. Requires expertise in immigration compliance and global mobility, ability to leverage AI and automation to improve productivity, stakeholder communication, and experience in fast-paced, distributed settings. Strong emphasis on building scalable processes for smooth cross-border transitions and managing vendor partnerships while aligning with Remote’s global mobility strategy.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience managing a remote-first, high-volume operational team
- Proven experience in immigration compliance, global mobility, or similar roles in the immigration space
- A clear understanding of immigration processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience working remotely is a plus
- Fluent English; additional languages are a plus
