Job Summary
Mobility Manager leads immigration compliance, global mobility, and relocation programs within Remote's Onboarding and Mobility team, driving smooth cross-border transitions, vendor partnerships, and innovative immigration workflows. Responsibilities include independently delivering team objectives, coaching and developing staff, setting strategic targets, managing budgets, overseeing immigration- and visa-related processes, preparing documentation for new service offerings, leveraging data sources to resolve complex issues, guiding Mobility Specialists, communicating with stakeholders, and applying AI/automation to improve productivity. The role reports to the Senior Manager, Mobility in APAC, supports global mobility objectives, and contributes to Remote's globally distributed, remote-first culture.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing a remote-first, high-volume operational team
- Experience in immigration compliance, global mobility, or similar roles in immigration space
- Clear understanding of immigration processes and compliance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience in tech industry or hyper-growth environments is a plus
- Fluent English; additional languages are a plus
- Experience working remotely is a plus
