Manager Mobiele Surveillance

Lead the full operational management of the mobile surveillance and alarm response team in Barendrecht and Dordrecht, providing direct leadership to all staff including outsourced personnel. Exercise authority to independently halt dangerous work when safety is at risk, while managing absenteeism guidance and advising the Manager Operations and Planning & Control on operational improvements. Drive acquisition by serving as the primary contact for clients, translating their needs into clear instructions, and identifying opportunities for service expansion. Manage performance through inspections, KPI tracking on route efficiency and costs, and oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new team members. Operate on a full-time basis with a salary between €4,200 and €4,700 gross, including a bonus tied to KPI achievement and a company car.
