Manager-Middleburg

General Manager / Pizzaiolo at Antonio's in Middleburg Heights, OH. Oversees day-to-day operations of the restaurant, supervising both front-of-house and back-of-house activities, training and leading Apprentice, Junior and Senior Pizzaiolos, and ensuring shifts run with operational excellence. Duties include conducting interviews and assisting with staff selection, participating in performance reviews and coaching, completing opening/closing duties and cash handling, inventory management, and maintaining food safety standards.
